Return & Refund Policy for Socks Products

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Socks that are damaged, stained, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Personalized or custom socks cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund unless damaged.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact customer support at harsh@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges for size or style are subject to stock availability.
